Running an educational institution is one of the most difficult tasks in the contemporary world, where only the manager and principal are not enough. That’s why as managers, we must inculcate the vision of ‘we’ where teachers and other supportive staff are as important as the Founder of the institution. Trained teachers are a valuable asset for any educational institution. My team is equipped with all the trained staff members where I am a constant administrator and supporter of their needs.
Suditi Educational Group is equipped with teachers who can lead any institute as a Principal or departmental head, and can work in any condition and fulfil the needs of the institution. The teachers in Suditi have proved their competency during the Covid-19 pandemic, where they worked on different educational apps like Google forms, Microsoft –app, flip teachers app, as well as our own Suditi app and imparted their knowledge successfully while working on these apps.
I don’t believe in mere following, instead I want my staff to advise as well as assist me to get the expected results.
As a senior principal of Suditi Global Academy, I have given full freedom to my staff to use optimistic ways and tools to impart authentic and useful materials by all means. My staff members are an inspiration for me. They are capable of getting expected results and imparting holistic development to the students. Our students are always ready to prove their talent not only in academics but also in sports and cultural activities. The staff is constantly supported by the principal admin, Dr. Kusum Mohan, my beloved better half and we with our team have proved our ability to inculcate the latent talent in our students.
Covid-19 has created havoc in almost all the fields of the world, where education has undoubtedly suffered the most. We tried our best to impart knowledge to our students by using the above mentioned apps. The staff members of Suditi extended their endless support in imparting the knowledge of their subjects using every means they could. Suditi Global Academy has created history even in the grimmest time of the pandemic, and we successfully achieved our expected result by the hard work of staff members and students.
It is well said that sometimes “one man only, is not worth enough to achieve the highest taskâ€. This is highly relevant in the educational field. I am what my teachers and the entire staff made me. I am just a face and the entire team is striving hard along with me, for the institution to make progress in the educational field. The teachers have proved there valour, wisdom and knowledge to stand by Suditi as its strong pillars. My team is a boon for me and I am fortunate to lead them in the right path of imparting knowledge to the future of the nation. I am blessed and really happy to have them all as my team called the ‘Suditi Family’.
Teachers are always motivated to do their best. Sometimes, head of institutions create unpleasant situations where the leaders do not understand the needs of the teachers, and do not support them enough. But, I am very happy to say that the Suditi Global Academy is strong enough to deal with all the lacunae through proper counselling and the fair rules of the institution. Teachers cannot be treated like outsiders; they are an integral part of the institution.
All my teachers are the strong pillars that support me in almost all aspects of my educational goals. Suditi Global Academy has hosted the zone cluster in kho–kho twice and under my supervision, all my team members put in more than 16 hours of work daily with great enthusiasm. All the staff members have meticulously supported and followed my vision even during Covid-19 induced lockdown.
Suditi Global Academy is now the result of the ‘never give up’ attitude of the entire team under website my supervision. The Suditi Educational Group is decorated with more than seven branches in different cities of Uttar Pradesh and we are striving hard to give knowledge to India and around the world, under the banner of ‘Suditi Educational Group’.
